Connect your calendar to see upcoming meetings and get reminders.

Supported Calendars

MeetingsAI reads the calendars that are on your phone, for example:

Apple Calendar (iCloud)

Google Calendar

Microsoft Outlook (Exchange)

Go to Settings > Calendar

Tap Connect Calendars

Allow calendar access

Choose which calendars to show

View your meetings for the next 7 days on the Home tab

Get reminders before meetings

See your next meeting in a home screen widget and on your watch

Calendar data stays on your device

The app shows each event's title, time and location

No calendar data is sent to our servers

If calendar doesn't sync:

Check calendar permissions in device Settings

Ensure calendar app is up to date

Try disconnecting and reconnecting
