How It Works

When signed in with an account:

Meetings sync automatically to the cloud

Access from any device with the same account

Changes sync in real-time

Meeting recordings (if cloud storage enabled)

Transcripts

AI summaries

Edits and corrections

Folder organization

You can control syncing:

Enable/disable cloud sync in Settings

Choose which meetings to sync

Private Mode meetings never sync

Each meeting shows its sync status:

Cloud icon: Synced

Local icon: On this device only

Syncing: Upload in progress

If meetings aren't syncing:

Check internet connection

Verify you're signed in

Check storage quota
