Apple Intelligence Requirements

Private Mode uses Apple Intelligence, which has specific hardware requirements.

Supported Devices

iPhone:

iPhone 15 Pro

iPhone 15 Pro Max

iPhone 16 and later

iPad:

iPad with M1 chip or later

iPad Pro with M1 or later

iPad Air with M1 or later

iOS 18.0 or later

iPadOS 18.0 or later

Apple Intelligence must be enabled

Go to Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri

Enable Apple Intelligence

Wait for models to download

Restart your device if prompted

Apple Intelligence models require approximately 4GB of storage space.
